PROCESS

Our skilled interior and exterior painters are truly focused on our customers' input so that every project meets their expectations.

Preparation

A JP Painting representative will stop by to talk the project over with you.  You will have the opportunity to discuss what you want done and when you want it done. The rep will measure and discuss with you any corrective measures that need to be taken, or cleaning that needs to be done, before the painting can begin.  Then the rep will prepare an estimate and have it back to you within 24 hours.

You will choose the color(s) that you want to paint your rooms or your home exterior.  JP Painters only uses the best quality paint. And our designer will be happy to assist you if you are having trouble making a decision or would like creative ideas.

If this is an interior project, your furniture and accessories will be moved from the room or placed in the center of the room and covered with new plastic sheeting.  If it is an exterior project, all plants will be covered with plastic sheeting.  All floor or ground surfaces will be protected with drop cloths.

Prep work begins well before the painting, by removing fixtures, sanding uneven surfaces, filling holes and patching cracks.

Your painter(s) will then prime the repairs or entire walls if needed, with a tinted primer.

Completion

When the project is complete, the crew removes all of their materials, vacuums and cleans all floor or ground surfaces and moves furniture and accessories back, as directed by you.

After we inspect the project, your project manager will walk through the site with you to receive your feedback, make adjustments and, ultimately, make sure that JP Painting has met your expectations.
